The Contract

Every order placed with Paper Soul Design (“we, our or us”) is subject to the terms and conditions laid out here at the time you place that order. We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will come into effect when posted on www.papersouldesign.co.uk (“the website”). You should read the terms and conditions whenever you use the website, and your continued use of the website signifies that you accept them. If there is anything you do not understand please contact us before you place an order. The applicable terms and conditions will be those posted on the website at the time your order is placed. Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing. By ordering from this website you are entering into a binding contract with Paper Soul Design and indicating that you agree our terms and conditions.

 

 

Payments

Payment for all items available on www.papersouldesign.co.uk is made in full at the time of order. For our return and exchange policy refer to our dedicated  shipping and returns page. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organisations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction. PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.

Availability & Prices

There is no VAT to pay on Paper Soul Design products and services. From time to time pricing may be adjusted but the website will always carry the most up-to-date price. We will do our best to make clear on the website where there is a problem with availability and keep you updated via social media when products will be restocked.

Promotions

From time to time we may run a promotional offer on our products. The duration of time promotions will run may vary and this is solely decided by Paper Soul Design. We will always endeavour to give notice of promotions ending however this is not always possible. Any offers which are based on a multi-buy e.g 4 for 3 means that the cheapest product is given for free. Please note the multi-buy offer may only be applicable to certain items or collections on the website and this will be clearly stated on our home page.

Soul Club

Soul Club is a loyalty based scheme run on our website via Wix.  Points are awarded per pound spent and the reward is equivalent to a discount on full price items. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. By signing up to our loyalty scheme you are agreeing to us contacting you via email to confirm your rewards, points and bonuses. Deadlines, Shipping & Delivery Estimates

From receipt of your order your product will usually arrive within 7 business days within the UK, however this may take longer at busier periods. We estimate up to 20 business days for international shipping. Whilst we always do our best to meet deadlines there are rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so deadlines cannot be guaranteed.

We will always keep you informed if there is a problem. For delivery costs please see our dedicated Shipping & Returns page. In the case of both UK and international shipping, Paper Soul Design cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Print & Paper Quality

All our products are printed on 100% genuine de-inked post consumer waste and is FSC certified. The finish is smooth to look at with a slight texture to the touch. White, but more on the natural side, with a very slight darker fleck. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process there may be slight variations in the paper texture but this is perfectly normal for a recycled product.

Ownership, Copyright & Intellectual Property

Once you have paid for your order in full you will become the owner of any products physically produced but you will not own the actual artwork created in the design process. Ownership and copyright of this artwork will always belong to Paper Soul Design. Once the products have been delivered to you please take good care of them as Paper Soul Design will not be liable for any loss or damage. Unless expressly agreed by us in writing, Paper Soul Design remains the owner of all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the artwork and designs produced and delivered to you. You must not reproduce, share or otherwise use designs created for you for any other purpose than outlined in your initial order. If you are interested in obtaining the rights to any of our work please contact us.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

Please note we can accept no liability for damaged or faulty goods if you do not notify us of the problem within 10 days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss or costs whether direct or indirect, no matter how they occur (including loss of business or damage to business relationships) and whether based on contract or tort resulting from any of the following: inaccuracies or errors of content on the website; transmission of viruses, bugs, or similar, which may be spread to or through the website by a third party; the unauthorised access to or use of our system and/or any and all personal data stored on it; and any down time on our website.

 

 

Promotional Emails & Content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us by email. If you do not want to receive such promotional materials or notices please just notify us at any time by email at hello@papersouldesign.co.uk or via the dedicated unsubscribe links.

 

 

Third Parties

According to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 this contract does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce its terms.

 

 

Invalidity & Jurisdiction

In the event that any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unenforceable (including any clause in which we exclude our liability to you) this will not affect the enforceability of any other part of these terms. This contract is governed by British law and is subject only to the jurisdiction of the British courts.

We do our utmost to ensure that all information about our products, including but not limited to production information, availability and pricing is correct. Whilst we aim to keep the website up-to-date, the information you see may not always completely represent the product perfectly. However, we always do our best to ensure that all content and information found on our site is as accurate as possible at the time it is published.
