From receipt of your order your product will usually arrive within 10 business days within the UK, however this may take longer at busier periods. We estimate up to 20 business days for international shipping. Whilst we always do our best to meet deadlines there are rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so deadlines cannot be guaranteed.

Prints and Greeting Cards

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds on Prints and Cards. However in the event that your product arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect item please get in touch immediately to hello@papersouldesign.co.uk including your name, order number and a photo of the item so we can help rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Clothing

We do hope you love your items but totally understand that sometimes you need to return them.

 

Please return your item within 14-days of receipt for a full refund. Please note refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt to the original payment method.

 

If you return an item between 15-30 days of receipt we will issue you with a gift voucher for the value of your item. 

 

Returns received after the 30 day window will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.

 

Unfortunately as a small indie biz we are unable to offer a free returns policy. It will be your responsibility to cover the costs of return postage. Please ensure you gain proof of postage as the return will be your responsiblity until it is received by us. 

 

When returning an item please remember the below:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with no signs of wear

​

• The original tags and labels must still be attached

​

• Due to the nature and colour of the fabric please try to avoid wearing heavy makeup or perfume while trying on the clothes as this may affect your return. Any soiled items will not be eligible for a return/refund

​

• Please complete the returns slip enclosed so we understand the reason for your return. Return address is included on this slip

​

• We are an Eco-Friendly company so please re-use our original postage bags where possible
