However in the event that your product arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item please get in touch immediately to hello@papersouldesign.co.uk including your name, order number and a photo of the item so we can help rectify the problem as soon as possible.

From receipt of your order your product will usually arrive within 10 business days within the UK, however this may take longer at busier periods. We estimate up to 20 business days for international shipping. Whilst we always do our best to meet deadlines there are rare occasions where circumstances beyond our control may prevent this and so deadlines cannot be guaranteed.
